Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KiDly, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using KiDly on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian.
Using KiDly
KiDly is created to support children's learning. Account setup, communication, and settings should be managed by a parent or guardian. You agree to use KiDly only for lawful, personal, and family purposes.
Free to Watch
KiDly is currently free to watch, with no account required to start. You can optionally create a free account to save progress, set up profiles, and track learning. Features may change, improve, or be adjusted as the product develops, and no credit card is required.
Accounts & Parental Control
- Parents and guardians are responsible for account information and child profiles.
- Parental controls, including PIN protection and screen-time settings, are provided to help keep the experience safe.
- You are responsible for keeping login details secure.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse KiDly, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it in ways that could harm children, other users, or the platform.
Content
Learning content within KiDly is provided to support education and discovery. We work to keep content age-appropriate and curated for children.
Intellectual Property
KiDly, including its cartoons, characters, artwork, logos, software, and other content, is owned by KiDly or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use KiDly for personal, family, and non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, or create derivative works from KiDly content without prior written permission.
Service Availability
We work to keep KiDly available and running smoothly, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis. KiDly may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors outside our control, and features may be added, changed, or removed as the product develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiDly and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. KiDly is intended to support children's learning and is not a substitute for parental supervision. Parents and guardians remain responsible for how children use the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as KiDly grows. Continued use of KiDly after changes means you accept the updated terms.
